Is a basketball encased in a plexiglass tank filled with water "art"? LOL Not in my book. Self-expression? Possibly (dingbat). Pulling the wool over people's eyes? Likely ($$). But this? Wow. This renders me speechless, much as Christo's and Jeanne-Claude's work did. The scope and the scale are simply awe-inspiring.
